Professional, kind, accommodating, interested listener's Makoto agreed to a few improvements that I requested be taken care prior to purchase, in person a smile was always worn on his face, and on the telephone you could also sense a smile was there - much appreciated ! Ashley was helpful and kind, never pushy, and answered all my questions to the best of his ability as the car I purchased was not a Buick, sat with me before leaving your dealership to go over a few more of the basics. Thank you also to the gentleman (can't remember his name) who finalized all the financial paperwork

I worked with Brian and he was absolutely great! He remembered my name from calling in a few hours before even going to the dealership which surprised me! I then told him about a bad experience I had with another dealership and it felt like he took that to heart with our interaction, he made my car buying experience very simple with no hassle!

I was helped right away when I walked into the business. The salesman that helped me, Dan Derdorf, was excellent and very personable and not PUSHY. It was my first trip at using this car dealership but I would truly use them again.

I love the no pressure sales I receive every time I buy from Seaview. It took me over 7 months to pull the trigger on a new '14 Seirra and never once did any of the sales team try to 'hard sell' me. Each time I stopped by for another look or test drive they greeted me with a smile and helped answer my questions. The guys even remembered my name! I have bought 6 trucks so far and I find no need to shop around. They have taken such great care of me and make the whole experience such a pleasure in a market I used to dread. Thanks for being a step above the rest! Class act all the way.

Absolutely Average

Wanted to buy a suv without dealing with typical sleezy dealer behavior. Even with half cash, and half financing preapproved, no dickering on price, they just couldn't help themselves from doing the usual--adding ridiculous nickel and dime charges, being rude(office person and manager). Bought there anyway, all dealers are the same. SUV is great!
