Great experience at Honda of Kirkland Service Department!

Pros:

Quick appointment, friendly staff, WiFi, car washed after service

Cons:

None

I called for a minor problem on my 2009 Civic....just a small noise coming from my wiper motor. I don't live that close to the dealer, so when I was in the area, I called on a whim at 4:00 pm, and they told me to come on in and they would get me in right away.
