Poor Diagnosis and Service Experience

Pros:

Fixed 1/2 of the problem

Cons:

Sloppy diagnostic skills and logistics

'06 Jetta with factory warranty.  Air conditioning stopped working and dome light wouldn't work.  I guessed the latter was a switch, but they thought it was a driver door wiring harness.  Air conditioning was supposedly a gummed up condenser.

Volkswagen engine sludge issue

Pros:

We believed to be dealing with a manufacturer with a good reputation

Cons:

Poor dealership help. No help from Volkswagen America. Out over $12,000.00
