My 1996 Quest has been serviced and maintained by Campbell Nelson for years. The service advisers are outstanding and with each visit I have come away very satisfied! In particular, the service adviser John, with whom I have had the most dealings, knows my vehicle and my personal preferences well. It is rewarding to communicate with someone on my same wavelength when it comes to maintaining my vehicle. From the moment I call Michelle - the person who is often the initial customer contact for Campbell Nelson - to the paying of my bill, I get the distinct feeling I am continually being heard and that my questions are being answered. Campbell Nelson does provide a great customer experience!
