West Hills Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I recently needed some work done on my vehicle, and scheduled an appointment with West Hills Chrysler. My first contact was with Cindi in the service department, and it was a very positive. She took the time to explain everything in detail, and it was obvious that customer satisfaction was her top priority. From setting up a shuttle ride home for me, to making sure that I was aware of every option involved during the repair of my vehicle, Cindi made sure I was taken care of. After the work had been completed on my vehicle, Cindi reviewed the work order with me and explained exactly what had been done. She made sure that everything was explained to my satisfaction, and took the time to do so. I was happy with the outcome of the work that was done, which is typically all I really expect when going to a dealer for service work. It was an added bonus being treated with respect and actually feeling like someone was on my side to help, which is what Cindi provided. I have dealt with countless service departments over the years, and I can truly say that Cindi has set the bar for what customer service is all about.
