While I was fairly satisfied with the final price I had to fight through a lot of phoniness and dishonesty to get it. Big surprise. Hazelwood doesn't think much of Kelly Blue Book trade in values so you really have to threaten to go elsewhere or they will try to get you to take thousands less on you...
