Sales Experience and Staff pretty positive

Pros:

Low key sales staff, no bartering, casual

Cons:

No bartering, so you're pretty stuck with the price

We have only purchased one vehicle through Saturn of Bellevue. I am a two time Saturn owner with my first Saturn purchase at Saturn of Southwestern Oregon back in 1992. At the time, Saturn was still a very new brand, and they were very eager to please.

Vague definitions of service, belittling attitude

Convenient location, friendly shuttle drivers

Cons:

Bad attitude

Poor service or poor reliability plague my vehicle

Pros:

Local, free car wash

Cons:

Repeated repairs for the same issue, poor reliability

I was ecstatic with my 1992 Saturn SL, one of the first Saturns (and at the time, the most base model you could get). In 10 years, the only thing I ever had to replace was the transmission, which I had learned to drive a stick shift on.
