I try to buy two cars from them and ended up walking away disgusted each time. First I tried to purchase a 2008 C class. The sales guy I worked with was great, liked working with him, but the second the sales manager stepped into the picture it was like I was chum in shark infested waters. At first I was going to purchase. I was told that these cars, because of the redesign, was so popular that I'd have to MSRP + $1800 dealer swap fee since they didn't have the car. I've never paid MSRP for any car before no matter how new and hot it was. And $1800 for a dealer swap?!?! Crazy. I think the truth is closer to supply was short from the factory not that they're stupendeously popular. So then, because I swap cars so often, I thought about looking at leasing. No problem, they'd get me a lease quote. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but their first quote came back at $760 something a month ... for a C300! Without tax! And $3500 under pay-off for the BMW I wanted to trade in (which wasn't factored into the lease quote). When I sat down to look at the actual lease #'s they wanted .00469 MF!?!? So then, when they were having an E350 lease special, I went back in to give them another chance. They wouldn't come close to the advertised deal, wanted to keep half the advertised incentive for themselves and were still jacking the MF. When I called them on it, they tried to act genuinely surprised that I wouldn't want to pay whatever they asked and, this is awesome, direct quote, 'This isn't a Chrysler dealer'. I didn't know what was funnier; this coming from a guy wearing a white shirt and red tie, or the recent Chrysler connection that they were capping on. Ended up going to Phil Smart across the lake; they were reasonable and friendly with their negotations.
