Getting a loaner is difficult. What am I supposed to do...sit around the dealership for 2+ hours? I work you know. They won't shuttle you across the lake to Seattle, but will shuttle people all over the East side even though the distance is farther. Without a loaner your stuck.

I had my first car service with this dealership and it was a great experience. If the service takes longer then 2 hrs, they give you a loaner car for free to use (I was having a rear seat DVD installed along with my oil change, so the service was longer then just a typical oil change).
