Original Review - Dealer promised a certain vehicle w/ specific options at a certain prices and when I arrived they showed me a different vehicle w/ more options at approx $4,000 more.

Hi Jason. I appreciate your response here. But I don't understand why you didn't contact me via phone or email. After all, 3 of your fellow employees have already done that. You guys have my contact info. Heck...................U have a copy of my drivers license from the test drive I did /w Trent. ;o) Jason S. emailed me today. I met w/ Trent N. twice. And I also exchanged emails w/ Christopher S.; who promised to call me, but never did. Are your records that messed up? ;o)

After several exchanges Bellevue Lexus DID begin to work w/ me and gave me what I feel was a very fair deal on a new RX 350. We are very happy w/ it so far. After we finally agreed on a price, Christopher S. did a great job of handling the transaction and Jeremy M. did a great job of explaining how to operate all the gadgets that this awesome car has. THANKS GUYS..............
