Volvo dealers work with third party lessors, all the time... You don't really have to find them on your own... Third party lessors tend to be a little pickier on turn-in issues, and of course, will never waive a disposition fee... but, it's not a big deal..

Looks cheap... What is the MSRP?

It looks like the Value Package is a discount that appears on the Monroney sticker.. Without the discount on the sticker, the MSRP would be $36,300. Of course you really aren't saving that money... But, on the plus side, it looks like they use the higher number ($36,300), to calculate the residual (43% of $36,300), so that is why the payment is nice and low... It's a decent lease deal... if you can live with a 4-year lease.. (I can't..lol) regards, kyfdx
