my husband and i recently bought a used car from stohlmans used car dealership and a couple days later when i hit the brakes the whole car started shaking. so i brought it in because my salesman told me just to bring it in the morning. so after driving an hour and half getting stuck in traffic i brought it in. the manager told me he did not know how long i would have to wait but he would call me. i had my three little kids with me so i told him i would just go walk to the shopping center, three hours later, he calls and says that they cant get to it today. i wasted my whole day practically and sacrificed my kids nap time. so later that night my husband and i dropped the car off because the sales manager said he would get it looked at first thing in the morning. so i get a call from the service manager saying that the rotors are very bad and need to be replaced and the used car manager is willing to split the cost. so we would have to spend 250 dollars for a car we just bought. the used car manager said oh its not covered under the warranty and its not a safety issue and the service department is just trying to sell me rotors. so i threatened him that my father n law who is a lawyer will call him because i refuse to pay to have the car fixed. then he agreed to pay for it. i will never do business with them. If you go to this dealership, do not buy form the used sales department. they aer [violative content deleted].
