I have maintained a G35 under warranty at this location. The technicians have missed known problems on three occasions (in other words, there were service bulletins that described exactly the symptom or problem). They also failed to lubricate my hood hinges during a required maintenance which caused a big problem. However, they took responsibility for that and they are generous with loaner cars. They also replaced a failed CD player outside of the warranty period. The customer service and followup is generally very good, particularly in comparison to a domestic vehicle dealer or non-luxury marque store.
