Service at Starr Motors in my opinion is not very good. I recently had an experience with them that has caused me to think twice about ever dealing with them. A recall on an electric fan was done about 9 months ago. They left the wire exposed causing the other fan to strike it causing it to cut the wire over a period of time.The vehicle taken back and they admitted that it was their error and it would not cost me to replace it. At the time I asked if the other fan was bad and they said it wasn't. At the same time they told me that I needed new tires and they could sell me 4 for $300.00. I told them I was not going to buy the tires just fix the fan. After the fan was put in they told me that I would have to pay for it. I borrowed one of their rentals and went home to check with Chrysler Corp. When I came back the rental was filled with gas. The original bill they said would be $208.00. I did not get the car until the next day. The backshop manager was extremly rude. The saleman was just as bad. Trying to talk to the owner was useless. I was told that the car was not filled up with gas . I had just filled the tank when I brought it back. A $208.00 billed jumped to $254.07. I was charged $46.00 for gas for a vehicle that had been filled up by myself. They refused to correct their error on their repair mistake. I would never do business with this dealership again.
