Customer Service OK, Actions Not So Much

This place received my new tags at there dealership, and supposably sent out a post card to let me know that they were in. Which I had never received. I live 45 minutes from the dealership and had already been there multiple times for issues, 2 times for something that should have been fixed the first time I was there. I won't get into that right now. But back to the final issue that I had with this place. My tags were getting ready to expire in three days so I called the dealership to find out where the license plates were at. (I have purchased 4 different vehicles in the past from dealerships and the plates were always just mailed to me.) So when I call they just said, "Oh we have them sitting here". Now I don't know how long they were just sitting there but I would imagine that coming down to the last week knowing a customers temporary tags are going to expire you would try to call that customer and let them know that you have there plates. We'll I didn't receive such courtesy. So when I was on the phone I requested that they send them overnight since it was coming down to my plates expiring and they clearly didn't care about making sure I got the plates before that. So Frank Jones (management) agreed that they would send them to me next day. well its been three days and still no tags. My tags expire at midnight tonight, I guess I won't be driving my truck tomorrow, thanks a lot Mike Duman. I would be very careful making any deals with this place, you would be better going to one of the other 1000 dealerships in the Hampton roads area. They obviously will tell you one thing and do another. This was just the final issue that I had with my experience and I wanted everyone know how they will treat there costumers post purchase.
