I initially visited Mike Duman during the month of April, 2010. My husband and I had visited the lot after business hours and we observed a 2007 Suzukei XL7. We returned to the dealership about a day or two later and a salesman allowed us to test drive the car. We had some credit issues but had documentation to show that he issues were resolved because our credit had not been updated. the saleperson accepted this information and promised to call us back in 2 to 3 business days. On the second business day one of the finance companies called us directly and asked questions about our documentation. On the third business day, the saleperson called us and told us that our application was declined. I told the saleperson that the bank had called me and asked if I could call them back directly. The saleperson told me "No". I called them any way and the financial representative did not have any knowledge of why the salesperson stated that our application had been declined. I then called Mr. Duman himself. I left 2 messages and he never returned my called. Later the same day the salesperson called me back and told me that our application had been approved. He then asked me what time I would like to pick up my car. I later found out that the salesperson was attempting to not sell the car to us because the financial institution would not approve us for the amount of money that Mike Duman dealership wanted for the vehicle. This is whole deal was so unprofessional. Be careful if you make a decision to purchase from this dealership. Check out my service review too!
