I brought our '06 Honda Odyssey to Honda of Dulles because we received notification of a recall on the vehicle. After the work was complete, the service representative handed me the keys and allowed me to drive the car off the premises. Right away I realized that the brakes did not work and I struggled to bring the car to a stop. I was several months pregnant at the time, and I was quite shaken by the experience. Though the service director called me at home to check in, I do not get any sense that quality, customer satisfaction, integrity, or safety are important to this dealership. I was told that when they get too busy, they do not have time to test drive the cars they work on to make sure they are safe. This is disappointing from the Honda family.
