I've been buying cars from BMW of Sterling since they opened. They've gone through a number of changes over the years and the current sales department is excellent. The old sales managers focused on profit first (here's the price, take it or leave it approach) and customers second. They didn't really empower their sales reps to work with customers. The new managers are much more customer focused and flexible. I used to tell people that the only reason I buy cars there is that they're close to home and convenient. Now I can recommend them without reservation. The sales reps, sales managers, and the finance department all have new management who know that BMW customers expect more and that selling a BMW isn't like selling a Honda.
