I purchased a new 2012 Passat from Paul Park. Paul was outstanding. He was very considerate of my time and was very straightforward about what he could and could not do for us to reach an agreement. He told me early on that he wanted to close a couple of deals that day because it was the end of their current promotion and if I were serious about buying a car that day he would do everything he could do for us to reach an agreement. After a few questions to determine what my likes and dislikes where, Paul pulled the car off the showroom floor for us to take a test drive. I fell in love with the car and, as promised, Paul worked a deal for me. We quickly agreed on an acceptable price for both of us and I got more for my trade-in than I anticipated. I had done quite a bit of research on the new car and on my trade and both prices were very fair. My sole complaint was the lengthy time it took to finalize the paperwork in the finance department (but I haven't bought a new car that has done this quickly). Paul took my phone from me while doing the paperwork and setup the bluetooth in my new car. Immediately when we were done in finance Paul escorted me to my new car, walked me through the features, showed me all that he setup for me, and answered all of my questions. Paul followed up a couple of days later to see if I had any concerns or questions and to see if I was enjoying my new car. I still am! I don't know about any else's experience, but my sales experience with Paul was outstanding. I would actively seek for him to complete my sales process again. Outstanding job, Paul, and thanks for my new Passat! I am loving it!
