I was greeted with genuine kindness at the door. Not the slimy, cheesy kindness just so I can make a purchase. I was never forced to buy. I was treated as if I was a partner with their company rather than just a customer. Every employee spoke well of each other. Each employer was knowledgeable and handled business promptly. My deal was finished in 2 hour flat. NEVER had this happen - 10/10 recommend. Shout our to Mr. Ed, so sweet, kind, fatherly, and humble.

I was over change got oil change last time was 59dollars +tax had a coupon for 10%off and got charged over 80 dollars before tax call on price on a oil change was told 59 ask why I was charged over 80 was told my car takes a special oil call 2 Buick dealers they said they never heard of that

Arrived a few minutes early, vehicle was taken back in a timely manner, serviced and was on my way. Staff was very courteous. My only compliant was the A/C in the waiting room was way too cold, had to step outside before I froze.

I was there for an early Saturday morning oil, filter, and tire rotation. The Gentlemen who set me up was very polite, and informative. Turned out I needed tires, and he had a price and was ready to put them on right there. I didn't have time to do that, and he was understanding with no pressure. I appreciate that, and that's why we've been using these guys for 5 years now.

I've bought two vehicles now from these folks, and each time was a very rewarding and relaxing experience. They bargained well, and weren't far off on either of my trade in's per the KBB. They didn't have the color we were looking for in a Vehicle, but found one at another lot and in a few hours they had brought it in for us to look it over. They had all local banks there for our financing needs to get us the best rates. Once we decided on a deal the paper work was drawn up and signed in about an hour. Yes it was a busy day so I was real pleased with that part of the process as well.

Best Car-buying Experience in Many Years

Saw an ad in the local newspaper for GMC Acadia. Thought the price was too good to be true, so we called before driving an hour to dealership. The internet sales rep (Andy) answered and confirmed that the price was correct and the vehicle was still available. Drove to the dealership, and vehicle was sitting in front, ready to go for test drive. We were given the option (but not pressured) to keep it over the weekend. Drove back the following Monday to finalize the deal. Got a fair trade-in offer for our Grand Caravan. (I estimated $4000, and we got $4200.) Paperwork was completed, and we were on the road again in less than 45 minutes. Salesperson has sent courtesy letters roughly quarterly as follow up. Will definitely be my first choice for my next vehicle purchase.
