From the moment I dropped off my 2014 Honda Odyssey, I was met with kindness and honesty. We had forgone a couple services at our prior visit and was told that the technician would let us know if they were needed this time around. Because we were driving out of state for spring break, I was told that they would conduct a multi-point inspection of the vehicle and they would let me know! After a bit, I received not only a text, but also a video of my car outlining suggestions for things to get done before our long trip. We agreed to all of their suggestions after seeing the video! They also applied a coupon which helped out with the overall cost. We had an extremely positive experience and highly recommend!

I was able to schedule an appointment by phone, and the service team was ready and waiting when I arrived. My car required additional maintenance, which my technician discussed with me before performing. The dealership also sent me a video of my state inspection. Service area is clean and well lit, and the staff is friendly and professional. My service was completed faster than I expected.
