Purchased KIA car and sales staff were pleasant but rather slow. However, after two service trips I noticed that sales and service has declined immensely. I waited three hours for my fist inspection and was charged nearly $60 for a light bulb change! I am not a person that blogs but I think customer loyalty is crucial in these days and times. Pence needs to hire more professional staff that will get the sale, keep the customer, and keep the customer coming back. I will never buy a KIA or Nissan ever due to Pence's actions.
