I drove my previous car for about ten years and decided it was finally time to get a new one. The problem was I did not know what I was looking for. So my search began, I was undecided between a SUV or a Car. A compact, mid, or Full. I had been out of the market for so long I had no clue if I wanted a Honda, Nissan or Toyota. So my search began. It seemed like every sales person I ran into only cared about the quick sale and making money off me as fast as they could. They did not care enough about me to help me find what I really wanted. I went to 7 Dealeships before I found Sheehy Nissan of Manassas. When I went to sheehy nissan I was introduced to a sale person by the name of Kristopher Byrd. I was shocked to find out he actually took the time to sit me down and find out what was most important to me in a vehicle. He showed me a rogue vs a murano and a sentra vs an altima. In the end, after a lot of talking and test driving, together we figured out that what I really needed was an altima. It had everything I was looking for and just a little bit more to fit right into my budget. Poor guy must of thought I was a bit crazy because I made 4 trips in before I finally made the right choice. But his patience, understanding and careing paid off. After I made my choice on the altima. He put me with Dean to go over my paper work. I was really surprised to find out how pleasant and easy the whole process was. There was no pressure to buy any unwanted after market items and I was in and out in no time. Then they took the time to show me the rest of the dealership and I was suprised to see how wonderful their service department area was, and how comfortable their lounge was. So I went back and decided to buy the vip package so I could get all of my service done with them. Thanks Kris and Dean I will make sure I send all my friends your way.
