Richmond Ford West - FANTASTIC Experience!

LUCAS ROARK is the BEST salesman you can request! I had a wonderful car buying experience through Richmond Ford West and Lucas. He was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose my needs very effectively. I ended up getting the 2016 Mustang EcoBoost and the car is incredible! You really cant get more bang for your buck. Richmond Ford West offered me $1500 more for my trade than any other dealerships around - including the dealership I bought my Honda from. I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase and the experience that I had - thank you very much for your responsiveness and the pleasant car buying process!

My 1999 Saturn had to be put to rest and I stopped by Richmond Ford West on my way to Carmax. I never got to Carmax! I was immediately greeted and minutes later out looking at new cars. My salesman JonCarlos Montoute was so genuinely interested in my needs and so personable, that the time it takes to complete a deal was a breeze. I was already pre-approved for a loan, so the financial process was effortless. All of the employees who came to say hello and inform me about all that was available for me and my car were the nicest. It was such a stress free process, I have already given a co-worker your recommendation. Thank you all so much!

The service at Richmond ford is amazing! Every one is very friendly and they answer all your questions, even after you have bought your car. They tell you the truth right up front. My husband and I will not shop any other car dealership but Ford Richmond.

My truck purchase experience

After my salesman and I tried to find the vehicle I wanted (by the way my salesman helped me determine what I truly wanted in my new truck) with no luck, it became apparent that I would have to order it. I proceeded to do that in early May and took deliver of it on Saturday, June 13. While waiting for my new truck to be delivered, I decided on a few accessories and called and reviewed pricing etc. with the parts manager and had him order what I wanted so that the accessories would be on hand and ready to put on when my truck arrived. I had the Crystal Fusion and the paint protectant applied as well and when I took delivery on Saturday, I was in awe of how awesome the appearance of my truck was. I absolutely love the Ruby Red color I chose and could not be happier with my new vehicle. My entire experience with Richmond Ford West was great. My salesman, Floyd Campbell, was very patient with me during the entire process as my decision making was slow but sure. I hope he gets the credit he deserves for being so considerate in his effort to be sure I was satisfied. I thank Richmond Ford West for you have earned a happy customer!

A Good Afternoon

We purchased an older 2004 Escape. It was clean, ran well. It still has 6 CDs jammed in the dash unit. That was one of the things that we were showed that had been taken care of. We'll bring it back soon. Everyone we met was very helpful through the buying process. Lee and Julie Gotschalk

The negotiation process was as expected, but it was refreshing to have honest, straightforward conversations with the various associates I engaged with - They weren't just trying to bolt on everything possible or to trick me into anything. Everything post-negotiate was better than expected!
