Rounded off Wifes Oil Change Bolt with Air Wrench

Wife had Oil change in their shop. She picked up vehicle and by the time she got home vehicle was completely out of oil. They overtightened the Oil change bolt breaking the nylon washer . So by doing it fast they damaged the customers car and my wifecar lucky I checked the oil with the dipstick when she got home. I had it towed to another Ford dealer to DOCUMENT the problem. Then I sent my bill to the Regional Manager of Ford and received a reimbursement from Ford. Will I go there or send my wife there again.. not on your life..
