I recently purchased a 2012 Ford Focus. I was considering a Mazda3, but the dealer started negotiating at MSRP, so I knew I wasn't being taken seriously. Koons started very close to the Edmunds.com price, which made it easy. There was no pressure at any point in the process. They listened to what I wanted it felt like they were working with me, not working me over. They had to do some work to find the car I wanted, and unlike the Mazda dealer, didn't pressure me to take delivery from a car they had in stock. This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Koons, and it probably won't be the last. The very good experience I've had with their service department was also a factor in buying from them.
