It is due to Mr. Taylor Yeh’s personal focus in ensuring the Customer is thoroughly satisfied, with no “excuses” [“if it’s not right, Mr. Yeh will get it right”]; even down to Mr. Yeh performing the work himself; has earned my respect for him and his team as well as confirming my loyalty to Brown’s Fairfax Mazda for any future car servicing needs.
