The sales experience was good. I feel like I got a fair price for my trade and the new CX9 I bought. There was little pressure from the sales staff, it was a low threat environment with little haggling needed. The service experience is different. The service staff is not very friendly and insinuated that any of my problems with the new vehicle must be my fault and can't be real. I will try them once more to finish work on a problem that they have done little to resolve, but will probably go elsewhere for my service in the future.
