I had a great experience shopping here. I did a little research before coming and already knew what I was looking for. So when i showed up i ask to see this car and then i test drove it. I test drove 1 other car and then i bought the first car i test drove. My salesperson Drew was awesome .

Irving and the rest of team at Malloy are awesome. He took the time to find out what I was looking for and showed me a few of the trucks I’d seen online. I drove away in my new truck in just a couple hours after getting there. Customer service is excellent at Malloy. Everyone I encountered was friendly,knowledgeable and helpful. One of the best Dealerships around. Drove over 350 miles to get there and it was worth every mile. The whole staff was great, made a deal over the phone and every thing went smooth. I have some friends interested in buying a Ford, when they are ready, we will be taking another trip to Malloy. Thanks Again

Wow! What a Great experience my wife and I had not only with the salesperson(Patrick), but the Finance Manager(George?) I had sent a email on line about the 2016 Edge, wanting to know about the price. Shortly after I was emailed from Patrick. I was trying to get a bottom figure of what it was going to cost us with us putting a $8000 cash amount down. I needed to know what fees were in the discount and what exactly the cost was going to be. My payment. I didn't leave a phone number, but Patrick had my full name and sure enough he called my house phone on Sunday. Which I'm so glad he did! We talked for a few,. I could tell he was busy, but he treated me like a friend, and was so damn nice. I told him I would call him right back but needed to talk to my wife about the cost. When I called him back, he knew I wasn't finished with excepting his figure after I explained the run around we got from a Nissan dealership just one day ago. He asked his boss something and he knocked off the freight and another discount, which was exactly what we wanted to hear! It took us about 2 hrs to get there just before 5pm. Patrick and George were truthful, and that's why we bought the vehicle. Other than the fact we love it! I went to 4 dealerships. 2 Ford's and 2 Nissan's, and none of them did for us what these 2 men did for us. It's not like they gave us the car for free, but we compared prices to our own dealership here in Fredericksburg, and we got more for less! I will always go thru this dealership for every car I will buy. The up front trust from both of these men was so wonderful to experience after the sadly to say, lies the other ones gave us. We made these people have to work late on a Sunday, and I felt bad for that. Nothing bothered them as to do everything necessary for us. This was amazing service. The gentleman that did the loan on us was so polite and personal. I felt like I knew him, but I didn't. I will tell everyone about my experience with this dealership! What a wonderful great experience we had! Thank you for a wonderful vehicle. I had to borrow my son's 2014 Edge to travel to Florida to watch my nephew play baseball for the Blue Jays and I drove it straight there and straight back 5 days later, only stopping for gas, and I wanted one! Please thank this dealership for my wife and I because I can't thank them enough.

I was an oit of state buyer. The sales man helped with everything showed the truck to me. Even came to the airport to get me when i got in to buy the truck. Financial department was awsome as well jad a pre-approval for me in hour. Also had paper work ready when i got there, so all i had to do was sign and drive.

The best car buying experience I have ever had. Patrick Dubenitz was a very knowledgeable and helpful salesman. The finance department was great. The selection of vehicles was unbelievable.
