Adam Lebo at Pohanka was was awesome!! The GM customer service side while dealing with the concerns of the repair and their obligation to fix it was horrible. I really have an issue with the lack of responsiveness and their honesty on dealing with a TSB issue that doesn't materialize till after the warranty period. That's absolutely a failure of customer service and will surely make me reconsider buying another GM product. A warranty item is the repair of wear and tear on a vehicle. A manufacturing defect that takes 75K miles to materialize is still a manufacturing issue and the burden to repair it shouldn't fall on the consumer.
