I recently leased a new EQE for which I placed a factory order from Germany earlier in the year. The ordering and customization process was easy and straightforward and my salesperson, Shelton, kept me informed along the way. Once the car was in the gorgeous car was in the showroom, the business team was equally professional and helpful, and presented me with the options to make the best financial decision for me, given my goals and preferences. I've bought 2 cars from Mercedes-Benz of Arlington since arriving in the DC metro area, and will go back to them again.

This service department is very busy—for a good reason. I’ve been going here for years because I trust them with my Mercedes. Seeing my advisor for annual maintenance is like visiting family I haven’t seen in a while. He, my 2005 SLK55, and I are growing old together lol. I tried the ride share option for the first time—so convenient.

I have always been pleased with the service, and this time was the same. I like to avoid loaner cars because I don’t like to be responsible for an unfamiliar vehicle. This time I did need a loaner, and I was delighted that it was the same model (e-class) as mine and had similar options. Not only was I more comfortable driving the car, but I felt safer because I knew which controls to use.
