I purchased a new Prius from this Dealer and had a very positive experience throughout the whole transaction. Our salesman, Tache, was knowledgeable, friendly, thorough and very helpful. The General Manager, Chris, with whom we made the deal, was very professional, accommodating, reasonable and on top of everything throughout. The Financial Mgr was also terrific and walked us through the somewhat complicated process in a clear and highly organized manner. I was able to do most of the preliminary questioning and pricing on email so that when we made an appointment to come in and finalize everything the process was as streamlined as possible. We were very well oriented to the car and drove away confident and pleased with the whole experience. They even offer a new car owner's reception to meet the Service Managers and to get further information about service needs throughout the life of the car. Pretty cool.
