They are not friendly or responsive. They don't offer a free wash, like most dealerships these days and don't seem to care about the customer at all. Given an option - go someplace else.

Have a Jeep took in for service still not fixed after 2 weeks - they still can not disgnose problem. They think it is one thing fix it then problem soes not go away. The worse repair experince in my over 40 years of driving. Save yourself some hardship go to another Jeep dealer for service.
