I had done a lot of research and test drives on my own and knew that I wanted to buy a 2012 KIA RIO 5 EX--a model currently in low inventory on the East Coast. Sales Consultant, Rolf Garcia, worked with me, maintaining contact as he tried to locate. The only Rio EX available was a more expensive upgrade than the one I wanted, but Rolf and the Beyer KIA sales team came back with an offer on that upgraded model that fit within my budget. When I arrived at the dealership the next morning, the purchase prices and the car was exactly as discussed on the phone--no hassles, no pressure. This was trully a pleasant and straightforward car-buying experience. Customer service has been great so far. The KIA Rio not the most expensive model this dealership sells, but I was treated as if it was the priciest car on the lot. And I can't tell you how many times I've been thanked for my business!
