The Automaster BMW
Worst supply of parts I've ever experienced! My last two problems, seemingly simple repairs, required a return visit, one week later because they don't appear to carry basic parts, nor do they bother to order parts in advance.
You usually have to make an appointment 1 1/2 to 2 weeks in advance and when you inform them of the problem, one would think they would order the parts that you have indicated are broken, but they don't. (at least not in my case)
There's nothing more frustrating than to show up at the end of the day,
having left your car there that morning, taking the shuttle to work and back,
only to be told
that the part you reported broken last week, is indeed broken,
and that you will have to come back next week,
because they have to order the part
that you told them last week, was broken, is not in stock.
I don't often complain, and I see no reason not to buy a car from the Automaster.
Everyone is very friendly, and I've never had problems with the work that they do.
(once they get the part in)
It just seems that they haven't figured out that
the wasted time and inconvenience that they inflict on their customers
is in the long run, more expensive than some restocking fees for a few parts.

when looking for a car at the Automaster,
he is the best salesman there!!!!
Thanks Automaster for making amends. They tried again, this morning, to explain why they don't pre-order parts but I still don't buy their excuses. I asked for a free delivery to my place of work, and they readily agreed to do so if it would make things right between us. They even went above and beyond by checking my tires, removing a screw in one of them and even plugging the hole, completely free of charge. I got a car wash too! Again, other than their replacement parts policy, I've always been happy with their products, employees.
