Delabruere's Auto Sales
I bought a car at De La Bruere's in Newport. I love the vehicle; however for 5 dollars under and $18k note/ $387 per month I did not think that I should have to replace tires and do an alignment ($801) and an oil change that was 3,500 miles over due and another $35. So if you ad everything up within the first month of owning the car (including my 1st months bill...$1200. Ya those [violative content deleted] are going to find out how much a pissed off customer can effect their business. I am posting this [violative content deleted] everywhere. So if you would rather go to a place that is going to at least lube you up before they [violative content deleted]...DE LA BRUERE'S IS A HORRIBLE PLACE AND I WOULD NEVER EVER TELL ANYONE TO GO THERE. I wouldn't be so pissed if they stood by their word and sold a car that I did not have to go and do work to within the first 3 wks of having it. But what's great about the U.S. is our freedom to speach and press. Check out facebook to see photos of the tires that (as they say) perfectly fine. Think long and hard about choosing this dealership. Also one angry customer will tell thousands about their experience and one happy one will tell hundreds. I will also have the alignment readings posted on facebook and what the numbers mean as well as each bill that I have had to endure after purchasing the vehicle from them less then 1 month prior. When I looked at the car I told the salesman that I wanted to get a vehicle that I wouldn't have to deal with repeated problems. I was told that they have COMPLETELY gone through this vehicle. Ya, ok....lies. Also when I tested the car out a tire pressure warming light came on; so I told them about that and I was told that that would be taken care of. When I got my new car Ryan (the salesman) said that the tires where taken care of. About a week went by and my light came back on. So I brought it back; they said it was normal all 4wd have the same issue; wear on the inside...apparently to the point that it messes with tire pressure and inner baldness...smooth as a baby's bottum....no lie. Good luck if you choose to use these.......ummm dare i use dealership...or [violative content deleted]!!!!!!
