I was lucky enough to work with Keaton Townsend & purchased the perfect car at a great price. He quickly responded to my inquiry with emails & phone calls. I came early to our appointment & he had everything ready for my test drive on the car I had interest in. He was very informative & professional. I knew he was well informed & answered all of my questions with no hesitation. I will definitely come back to Keaton if I need any other vehicles in the future. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase here in st George. I left with a clean car & a full tank of gas. A1 service from Keaton & all others helping with my purchase!

Gave me a price over the phone and when I went in the finance man tried to get me to pay over $5000 more than the price given over the phone for the same vehicle. Beware of this dealership!

Read Every Word on the Contract

this dealer will add every option you can think of and verbally infer it is included in the price of the vehicle. I will drive to Vegas as they ar the only dealership for about 7-8 different makes. Horrible experience and will never reccommend to friends, family or business associates

I had the best experience ever in buying my car. Phil made it super fast and super easy. He put me in the best car for me and my family and at the best price! The Finance Department was very helpful and caring of my needs. Stephen Wade Nissan has a Friendly Atmosphere and the overall Experience was really great! I would recommend Stephen Wade Nissan and Phil to all my friends, family and anyone I know that is shopping for a new or used car.

I called from Phoenix to get a comparison bid. They promised to show me the invoice and give me a great deal. They never showed me the invoice even though I asked at least 3 times. We haggled over a price then all that was thrown out when I went to see the finance lady and was given a much higher price. They told me I would get $2500 for my trade in--a 97 GTI 6 cylinder VW--but when the paperwork came out it was only $500. I made the mistake of purchasing the service agreement but when I tried to cancel it 2 days later i was told there was a $200 charge for doing so. A fact they had never mentioned before I bought it. I wrote asking for redress but was told there was nothing they would do. I met 2 salesmen from the dealership and both told me they would investigate and call me. They never did. I do not recommend them at all. I found them completely dishonest. Buy at your own risk. The sad thing is they have great cars. The dealership is just so poor.
