Pros:
No pushy salespeople, best possible trade-in prices, work with you,pleasant
Cons:
Paperwork (but get that with all dealerships) takes to long, they need to learn to shorten it up.

I just want to say we have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and have nothing bad to say about them they have great sales people and work with you in what you want and prices and they are not pushy like some sales people are at car dealerships..  I would recommend anyone to deal with Step...
