I recently purchased a new 2011 STi and I must say that I can't remember a better car buying experience. I had gone to another dealer the week before and they were not able to meet my financing needs and I didn't feel as if they really put forth much effort. I inquired online at Mark Miller and in no time I recieved a response from Brad Davis. We went back and forth on a couple emails, (Mark gathering info and me asking some questions) at no time during the email exchange did I feel pressured, Brad just invited to come on in. A couple days later I came into the dealership and unfortunately Brad was away but his Team mate Matt Hendry stepped up and took care of me. It was evident that the two of them communicate well as Matt was familiar with my needs. Matt showed me the car I was interested in, we sat down and discussed what I was looking for and he gave me several options, all without ever putting me through the "sales process" (running credit, four square worksheet etc.) After we reviewed the options, he took my complete information and verified everything was as stated. I told him I would take it. As we finalized everything, we joked that during the process, he had never actually asked me to buy. It was really refreshing. Everything went down as discussed, Matt went over all the features and functionality of the car and I was on my way. I did get to meet Brad as well as he made it in while I was working with Matt. I have to say that this was such a great experience and I feel that I have established a new relationship with not only a dealer, but a team of car advisors.
