by nothappy16 on 07-17-08 (05:35PM)
Pros:
nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Cons:
horrible service, [violative content deleted], treat you like your an idiot...everything!!!!

This is the worst place I have ever done business with. They dont care about making you happy, all they care about is making money and selling cars any way they can. We just bought a truck from there and signed the contract that stated what our monthly payments were and that we were not trading a...

Stay Away...unless you like getting taken for a ride!
by ctj221 on 07-03-08 (07:39AM)
Pros:
nothing good about this dealership
Cons:
Salesman, managers, selling tactics. If you haven't done your homework, you will lose!

I would have to say that this was the worst car buying experience of my life.  We got to the lot and knew exactly what we wanted, including package level and accessories.  I let the salesman give his spill about the car and we took it for a test drive.

During the drive I asked about prices o...

Very bad experience
by wsweyerman on 06-07-08 (09:42AM)
Pros:
Nice lot, I like Mazda, not Legacy
Cons:
Salesmen are dishonest and waste your time.

We had a very similar experience to other reviewers. The manager promised us a price he couldn't meet and kept us there for two hours to secure financing and get our payments at the right price. He ended with payments $30/month higher than what we wanted and the sales price of the car was the sti...

Terrible Experience....go elsewhere
by valorieanne on 05-14-08 (09:16AM)
Pros:
competitve internet pricing......
Cons:
promise anything to keep you interested, but they don't follow through. Go elsewhere!

We had a terrible experience trying to purchase a used car there. A sales manager was the one throwing out the offers he apparently couldn't back. He left after each one supposedly to get approval, only to find out two hours later, the best they could offer what what they started with. Very high ...

Shop Legacy Mazda for a terribly dishonest new car buying experience!
by autoadvocate on 05-01-08 (11:55AM)
Pros:
Mazdas
Cons:
Pushy, smarmy, sneaky sales personnel. Management and customer service are worthless.

This dealer seems to take pride in bullying elderly women and thinking of them as prey.  I am a 72 year old woman, and I would have been ripped off if not for my son stepping in.

Do not expect to be able to deal with only one or two Legacy personnel to complete the sale; I had to deal with no ...

When you think of sleezy Dealerships and Sales People think of Legacy Mazda
by liberaldrew on 04-19-08 (12:19AM)
Pros:
Nothing
Cons:
Everything, this is the worst company I have ever worked with, ever!

Today I talked to a Mike who is an Internet sales manager from Legacy Mazda, we talked about getting several 2008 Mazda 6's and he told me that it would be $500 above invoice which on the car we wanted would be $18,049 minus $2500 on rebates which would bring the cost down to $15,549 I had the mo...

Friendly, Professional and Fast
by ambes on 04-11-08 (10:59AM)
Pros:
Great customer service, efficient process
Cons:
My sales person was pretty new but his manager was right there helping it all move along. Both nice.

I bought a Mazda CX-7 Touring from Legacy Mazda and had a fantastic experience. The salesman I worked with was kind of new, but he was very friendly. His sales manager helped out a lot and was really efficient. I was worried that it would take forever and was pleasantly surprised. The Finance man...

Legacy Mazda- Buyer Beware
by lanerj on 12-17-07 (08:59AM)
Pros:
Nice Building
Cons:
[violative content removed], High Pressure Sales

I recently purchased a vehicle from Legacy Mazda and am disgusted with them.  High pressure sales and lies would be how I would describe Legacy Mazda.  I found the car that we were interested in on-line.  Legacy Mazda is 150 miles away from where I live, so I called and talked to salesman, Clint,...
