READ REVIEW OF LEGACY MAZDA DEALERSHIP SALES

I would have to say that this was the worst car buying experience of my life. We got to the lot and knew exactly what we wanted, including package level and accessories. I let the salesman give his spill about the car and we took it for a test drive.
During the drive I asked about prices on accessories and different packages, and noted them next to my list that I had made in doing my research previous to going to the dealership. In some cases he was adding over $1000 dollars to a single accessory over the price it should have been. There were also some sexist comments made that offended my wife.
Upon returning to the dealership, I told him what I wanted and he broke down the pricing for us. That was when I called him on the pricing, going through each item and showing him what the prices really were. It ended up being about $7000 more than it should have been. He immediately got up and got his manager. We explained what was going on, and that we were not working with that salesman anymore, that we would only work with the manager.
After this, we negotiated a reasonable price that I was happy with. They didn't have the color that I wanted and said it would be there in 2-3 days. On the third day I gave them a call and talked to a different person, and they said that the car was two weeks out. Of course that was unacceptable. I couldn't get a hold of the manager until the next afternoon, who said he could get it in two more days. On that day I called again, and he said it was at least a week out. At that point I was done with them. We went in, and took all the paperwork and made them shred it in front of us.
We went to a different dealership in Salt Lake and they were amazing!
