Clubhouse not a service center

onI had to have my 16 month old car towed in because it refused to recognize my electronic keys.
I called half way through the first day and they had not looked at it yet but said they would call.
No call.
I called the second day and was told a stearing collum lock would need to be ordered and would be in by thursday and they would call.
No call.
So Thursday afternoon I call and the part is not there yet but they will call when it is.
No call.
I call again and after being put on eternal hold twice I find someone who admits that the part didn't come and isn't available in the USA at this time.
No date specified but they will check and call.
No call.
I have called several more times in the last three weeks, leaving messages but no one will call back.
I did get Tim who still didn't know when the part will be available.
My observations of the service shop are that it's a club.
people walk in and out, stand around eating, laughing and visiting for hours at a time.
I watched some of the service techs driving RC toy cars in the parking lot, jumping over the counter and generally having a good time, but not working.
My neighbor then told me she bought a new car with a bad battery.
Returning it for warrentee service the next day they blamed her for leaving something on and took two hours to replace the battery.
Who knows how long I will be out a car, at least after having a fit I was offered a rental car.
