Jim in service is awesome. He listens to what the customer needs are and he explains all service requirements in detail to ensure the customer understands. He is very prompt with scheduling service needs and the vehicle is always ready when promised. Great customer service agent you have there.

I took my Explorer into Westland to have them do a brake inspection since I felt my front pads were going. They did the inspection and confirmed I needed new front pads as well as new rotors.
