The service department at Freeway Mazda is staffed by courteous, well trained professionals.

I have purchased multiple vehicles [ new cars ] from this dealership over the last 20 years.

I bought a Tribute from Freeway Mazda and my wife was excited about the "Free tires for Life" come on.  She diligently brought the car in for service and when it was time for the tires she was told it would be 4 to 6 weeks to get them. Very ambitious
Cons:
Rude. Very Rude.

Maybe it's all dealers.  Maybe not.  The service department charges $95 to pull error codes from an OBD1 car (1995 or older).  Most mechanics shops, including one less than a mile away offer this service for free.
