I called to make an appointment for the 5,000 mile service, and they promised me if I was in at 8:05am on Saturday morning that I would first in first out...and I was. They were organized and on top of things.

I've taken my car to Lexus of Lindon for service a few times. I have always been treated well, the car is always ready when promised and washed. They have a nice waiting area with TV, beverages, snacks, and even pastries.

Diagnosed a problem with my auto-leveling lights on my RX330 and fixed it using a part I supplied. And even applied the diagnosis fee to the repair. I was very impressed.

The problem on my car took a good while to diagnose (2 days) but the result was a fix that was covered under warranty. There were no additional charges for the fix, a pleasant surprise.
