finally ordered mine yesterday: by janebjones on Sun Nov 12 11:13:47 PST 2006; I have had so much trouble getting a dealer to get the car I wanted. I have never bought a car before...my parents got me one when I graduated. I had to take my boyfriend to the dealerships with me because I went by myself and no one would even talk to me. I had everything typed out and I have been doing research for months, but no one seemed to care. I went to Fowler Toyota in Norman, OK because the service department was so nice last year when one of my kindergarteners "walked off" with my keys on a Friday afternoon. But they are not a good place to go if you want to purchase a new car apparently. I have been getting the runaround even when my boyfriend comes with me. I have visited numerous times, emailed the internet department exactly what I wanted, but whenever I check back, they act like they have never seen me before! I think it's because the salespeople don't make much money on the Yaris. I would think that selling a car would be better than not selling a car, but I guess Fowler doesn't think that! On a good note, I did order mine in OKC and put down a deposit. Hopefully I will have it by January. :blush:

Toyota Dealer in Oklahoma..Sucks: by stantoyota on Wed Nov 26 19:38:43 PST 2003; DONT buy any Toyota from FOWLER TOYOTA in Norman, OK. This is what I have been through. JUST WANT TO SHARE MY EXPERINCE. I have been emailing with the Internet manager with Fowler Toyota in Norman, OK. I requested the quote for Camry LE with several options (please refer to my previous message) to be added. He replied that he has the exact car that I requested. Good. Bargain ... and bargain..We finally got to the final figure. Then, I emailed him back to double-check everything before I drove to his dealership which will take me approximately 2 hours. I requested him to fax me the final price to the office and list the options that we had agreed on. He was chicken out. He tried to find excuses that my fax # was wrong, my fax machine was not turned on and others. It is ridiculous. I just wonder what kind of trick this dealer is playing. Definitely, this dealership cannot be trusted.
