2009 - hybrid vs.non, is nav system worth it? where to buy in ny metro area by stoneridge1 on Tue Dec 02 21:07:14 PST 2008

Hi there, I'm new to this board and hope you can answer some questions. What is the big diff. between hybrid and non-hybrid with price and mileage? And debating which pkg to get. Seems crazy to buy dvd pkg when one can get a portable for $100. Also - want to hear pluses about navigation system, Does it tell you where traffic is. and once again -- much cheaper to buy an external gps although not as fancy. we're going for the limited model..also,we live in NYC and will prob. buy in NJ - but could stick to NY - Brooklyn, Bronx or upstate - any thoughts?

Thanks, and yes post the delaer that was giving it to you for 20300 OTD. I don't know if you tried Samsone Auto Mall route 1. they seemed to me very helpful when i was looking for the 2006 and 2007 altima. they are already offering me the new altima 600 below invoice with 3.9 financing. But i am waiting for the best offer on the camry, and to save enough to pay it in 3 years or less. Also try the dealers in the NY area (border line). someone posted long ago that delaers in brooklyn/bronx/queens were giving them out btwn 20400-20800 OTD. Good luck, will wait for your brake down.

I just purchased a 2005 Camry LE for $18400+tax,DMV (total OTD price $19580). I believe it's a pretty good deal here in New York area. The dealer is Fordham Toyota in Bronx, NY. The sales person is good. No BS. No dirty tricks. We are happy with it. Thanks to people in this forum providing lots of useful information.
