Yesterday I talked to a Sienna dealer and was suggested well. You can lease for a 36 month intitially with a 0.00005% APR. The contract itself should indicate how much we can pay to buy at the end of 36 month lease period. The value will be the TRADE-IN-VALUE after 36 months. Usually the trade-in-value will be very less than private-party value. So if you lease now for 36 month @ 0.00005% and then buy it after 36th month, then you will save a lot. Because right now you are on 0.0% rather 2.9% or 3.9%. I do not understand what is $1,300 for???. because when I checked in Indianapolis yesterday for an XLE, they have no EXTRA fees. If I were to lease for 3 years, and then buy on 36th month, then it was saving me around $ 3000 .00 Mail me at ramaname@gmail.com for any questions.

We don't have the car yet, maybe Monday. The invoice lists it as 'All weather guard package: includes heavy-duty heater with rear-seat heater duct, anti-chip tape and color-keyed heated outside mirrors'. I don't have the 2010 brochure, so not sure if this is different from the 2009?

Just went out and ran the numbers on the 09... It is, because of the package pricing, more expensive than the 10...same car, same equipment is 21595 msr 19361 invoice. Subtract the $1250 (I haven't looked this morning, but show $1250 rebates), puts the 09 at 18111, versus 18905 for the 2010. For 800, figure it's worth getting a model year newer?

Very fair question... mostly residual value.... I was told there was a $1250 rebate on the 09.... was going to go look at residuals on an 04 versus and 05 to see if there is 1250 difference. And, they didn't have a red S in an 09... But, there are plenty of those around. Will shop some prices and see. Thanks.

Thanks. Could you show me the $500 rebate on the 2010 Corollas on the lot? Three dealers have told me they have $1250 on 2009's, but NOTHING on 2010's. Thanks.

My daughter feel in love with the 2010 Corolla S today, after two days of looking at Civics. Prices - Retail, Dealer invoice (supposedly) Base 17250, 15266 JBL 1010, 758 All weather 150, 125 S EVP #3 355, 319 Power roof 890, 712 Carpet 200, 127 Rear bumper protector 79, 49 options 2684, 2150 destination 720, 720 TDA 0, 305 (advertising?) Gas 0, 7,32 TOTAL 20654, 18905 Dealer offered at invoice, right off the bat (I have a relationship with them). Dealership is Tom Wood, Indianapolis, IN Any ideas where this ought to sell? Have sent inquiries to other dealers, but have not heard back yet. Also, salesman said 2010 was better 'deal' then 2009, as price remained the 'same', with lower options/package prices. He did say there were no rebates available on 2010. Thanks, Steve
