car4us4, Is the Hybrid quote for a 2009 or 2008? What dealer in Colorado? I'm looking for a 2008 Highlander Sport 4WD. My wife and I are ready to buy any day now. The cut off for Toyota specials and incentives is 9/30/08. After 9/30, Toyota will have to offer bigger and better incentives if they want to sell floor stock. I'll have my eyes and ears open starting 10/1/08 for bargain pricing.

I have to agree with medtech's comment regarding the Highlander. I'm currently renting a car in Denver,CO while waiting for Toyota prices to come down on the 2008 models. Local Denver dealers are sitting with a major surplus of 2008's and I'm still continuing to get lease numbers for a 4WD Sport in the mid $500's per month for a 3 year lease/12-15K miles/2000-3000K down. The real problem is I can't find a 2008 Highlander Sport with Navigation and cloth interior, and power rear door. I was told multiple times that such option/configurations don't exist. I find this completely and utterly absurd. If I'm paying for something, I should get want I want. The dealers I've been dealing with have been offering me vehicles with options I DON"T WANT! I don't want a sunroof, tow package or leather.

2008 Highlander Hybrid 4WD with Popular Package , Tonneau Cover, Anti-theft Alarm w/ Engine Immobilizer, Manual Rear Air for 2nd and 3rd row, carpet/cargo mat - 3rd row seating, Cross Bars and Mudguards. Dealer will sell for $35000 plus tax. Denver CO Sound Good or can I get him lower? The state offers $4000 tax credit for this as well. Thanks is advance.

I've registered in few car sites and they claim will provide car quote. All they do was sending mails to dealers and wanting me to call them. When I do, they just want me to go in person. Is all the quote I've got has to go in person? There is one dealer in MA just give me verbal quote over the phone and not on the paper. Could I use that to bargain? Any one has good deal on Rav4 4x4 V6 (sport/limited) with moonroof in Denver CO area? How much is the fair price in this area? I'm a single parent with a 4 year old. So, it's difficult to go shop by shop... Thanks for your help. Thanks, JC

msrp 25840, jbl stereo 890 tonneau cover 140 running lights 40 moonroof 900 towing prep 160 mats 199 (snort) wheel locks 65 delivery 645 total, $28,879 I paid $27,799, pre tax and tags New Country Auto in Durango, CO. $299 is a prep charge the dealer threw in, but hey, beats driving to Denver or Albuquerque. Love the car.
