Great Buying Experience!

onMy husband had been looking to buy a new vehicle and had settled on a 2015 Mercedes Benz CLA 250. We had heard that the Mercedes dealership in The Woodlands was new and we headed out to take a test drive. Our salesman, Kriss Arbury, immediately pulled several options for us based on what we told him we were looking for. We had been working with him during the day already to get pre-approved for financing. We test drove one and loved it. When we got back to the dealership, we decided to purchase the car and started the trade-in process on my husbands Ford Mustang. We got a very fair amount for our trade. Having gotten the financing process started earlier in the day, we met with them and decided on a warranty and gap insurance and finalized the purchase. Kriss walked us through every step of the purchase and we would definitely recommend looking for him when you go there! His enthusiasm for the product was obvious! He made us feel very comfortable and we would definitely recommend him to anyone! The last thing I wanted to mention is that we weren't able to get to the dealership until around 6pm and they close at 7pm. Kriss, his boss Mike Stahl and Nic Botusan (finance) stayed until the very end, around 9:15pm. Not one complaint or rushing us at all and we appreciated that!
